DESCRIPTION:

Harsiddh is one of the paramount ampoule washing machine manufacturers, introducing a simple, compact, and versatile and a reliable Ampoule Washing Machine and high speed ampoule washing machine. Model: HAVW-340 designed with the latest GMP demand. The machine is enclosed in S.S Construction with a flexibility to wash 1 ml to 20 ml ampoule & 2 ml to 100 ml vial with the help of suitable change parts. The standard unit is having mechanical motorized cam operated valve system for observing total six washing in one cycle. Alternatively, for demanding customer timer operated solenoid valve system or even a micro processor controlled timer sequences can be in-corporate to enhance and derive the best out of simple unit.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION:

The dump loading procedure may be used, if ampoule & vial are received in ready to dump boxes, which will have exactly into the same number of ampoule & vial and the pitch, as loading tray. Alternatively, each ampoule & Vial has to be arranged into the tray. The loading tray & trays are placed directly in to the machine & the handle bar is lowered for ampoule for automatic centering of washing needles in to the ampoule & Vial mouths.

The top cover is also lowered & switch is operated for automatic sequential washing both from inside & outside of each individual ampoule & vial.

The machine will automatically stop after one complete cycle & for removal of tray, reverse procedure is to’ be observed. Depending on dump loading or individual & operator's efficiency one Gan derive as high as 30 loading of tray / hour.

SALIENT FEATURES:

1. Positive & pressurized jets through washing needle for pressure cleaning at minimum usages of Washing Media.

2. Sound design concept of pressure tanks for reverses & continuous supply of washes Medias.

3. Both internal & external washing ensuring absolutely & continuous ampoule & Vial after sequential washing.

4. Acrylic top cover for clear view of washing events taking place in the machine.

5. On-line poly carbonates housing with P.P. replaceable filter cartridge of 10 microns for water & 5 microns for air for best possible washing. All contact parts of washing media & compressed are of S.S 316 or HDPE of Poly carbonate or P.P.

6. In the event of acrylic cover lifted during cycle operation, the machine will automatically stop and re-start from the point when cover is pushed down
TECHINICAL SPECIFICATION

OUTPUT/CYCLE: each cycle time will be of approximately 60 seconds. Depending on the operator's efficiency & method of ampoule & Vial loading, 30 cycles/hour can be achieved. Further, Ampoule/Vial size and corresponding Multi Jet Needle Plate will decide the total output.
