Ampoules must be washed inside and out before they are sterilized and filled. Harsiddh offers the automatic rotary ampoule washing machine (HRW-120A / HRW-240A) for 1–25 ml ampoules at up to 14,000 ampoules per hour, and a semi-automatic multijet washer for smaller batches of ampoules and vials.
Washed ampoules go on to the sterilizing and depyrogenation tunnel and then to ampoule filling and sealing.
