Description
The Lug Capping Machine is a specialized capping solution designed for sealing lug or twist-off caps on glass and plastic bottles with consistent torque and perfect tightness. Commonly used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, this machine ensures safe, leak-proof, and tamper-evident packaging for products such as jams, sauces, pickles, honey, juices, and other liquid or semi-solid items. Built with a robust stainless-steel structure and GMP-compliant design, the machine guarantees hygienic operation and long-term durability. Bottles are automatically fed through the conveyor, precisely positioned under the capping head, and sealed using a mechanical or pneumatic torque system that ensures proper thread engagement and vacuum sealing when required.

- Star wheel & Guide MOC: UHMW nylon.
- Adjustable bottle height gauge for easy and quick setting.
