Description

Two Head Onion Skin Tube Filling and Sealing Machine is able to fill and seal Onion Skin Tubes (OST) or Biological Indicator having the capacity of 1ml to 20ml. It has the filling capacity of 0.5ml to 20ml in just a single dose. Two Head OST Tube Filler & Sealer Machine when functions on the principle of volumetric piston pump type fillings, it can fill 20 to 40 Onion Skin Tubes. This equipment has the availability of the sleep – tray. Oxygen and LPG gases are used to fill and seal the ampoules. The manufacture of OST Filling & Sealing Machine includes stainless steel AISI 316 for contact parts; stainless steel AISI 304, mild steel, brass etc. for non-contact parts; and stainless steel AISI 316 for dosing syringes and filling needles.
