Cosmetic Bottle Filling Machine

Harsiddh’s unique cosmetic filling machine for bottles and jars, suitable for round and flat bottles and jars for high fill volume. This machine mainly used for cosmetics industries like cosmetic ointment or creams, jelly, cold creams, sunscreen lotions, facial creams, scrubs, and other beauty products.

This machine is capable for highly foaming liquids, solutions, viscous and semi viscous products in bottles, jars, tins and other types of container made from plastic, glass, copper, aluminum, pet etc. The main machine having product storage hopper, filling nozzles, pumps and transfer conveyor.

Process:

The empty bottles/jars transfer to filling station through stainless steel conveyor belt. The filling station having filling head, nozzles and pumps. Filling pumps and nozzles are made from stainless steel 316 quality material. The bottles/jars stop at the filling station for fill the desired volume. The pneumatic cylinder stop the bottles at the time of filling and releasing once fill volume done. The unique diving nozzles systems for fill the foaming liquids or materials. After the filling bottle will be transferring through conveyor belt and collecting in collection tray.
