Description
A peristaltic pump liquid filling machine is designed for high-precision, contamination-free filling of low to medium-viscosity liquids. It is widely used in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics, cosmetics, and food industries because the liquid only contacts the inner tube of the pump, ensuring sterility and easy cleaning. The liquid is drawn into a flexible silicone or Teflon tube by the rotating rollers of a peristaltic pump. As the rollers compress the tube, they push the liquid forward into the filling nozzle. Filling volume is controlled by pump rotation speed and number of rotations, managed by a PLC/servo system. Tubing can be quickly replaced for product changeovers, eliminating cross-contamination risk.
